Baby Otters?

On our morning walk we heard some squeaking
noise, it sounded a bit like a bird, We couldn’t
see anything at first then I spotted something
moving, I couldn’t get the right words out and
ended up say to Louise babies babies and pointing
to the other side of the canal, We looked though
our binoculars and where convinced that we saw 2
baby otters running around playing.
